Our story
Why we started VanguardHealth.
In 2023, while managing a network of outpatient clinics, our founders realized that fragmented patient records were causing severe delays in treatment. A patient referred from one specialist to another often arrived without their complete medical history, forcing redundant tests and delaying critical care.
We built the first version of VanguardHealth that weekend — a secure, unified integration layer connecting our three separate EHR systems. The impact on clinical workflow and patient outcomes was immediate and profound.
We're building VanguardHealth because every healthcare provider deserves tools that enhance patient care, not hinder it — and every patient deserves a unified clinical record.
